Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Exchange
We offer exchange only, under the following conditions:
✔ Defective Product Received
If the product has manufacturing defects, visible damage upon arrival, or quality issues.
✔ Incorrect Product Received
If the item delivered does not match your order (wrong design).
Note: We do not offer returns, cancellations, or monetary refunds.
2. Exchange Requirements
To process an exchange request, customers must provide:
- A clear picture of the product with the defect/issue
- Order details (name, phone number, order ID)

3. Exchange Process
Once your request is verified:
- We will guide you for reverse shipping.
- After the product passes quality inspection, we will dispatch a replacement of the same product.
- If the item is out of stock, you may choose any alternative product of the same value.
4. In-store Exchange (Kolkata Customers)
If you are located in Kolkata, you may visit our store for faster assistance.
Please bring:
- The product
- The original bill/receipt
- Package and tags intact
Our staff will verify the issue and help you with an in-store exchange.

5. Conditions for Acceptance
To ensure your exchange is approved:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
7. Shipping Costs
- If the error is from our side (defective/incorrect product), we cover all shipping charges.
- If a customer requests an exchange for personal reasons (not applicable currently), additional charges may apply.
8. Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, as products are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.
